All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
New Phones carry a 7 day warranty from invoice date.
In the event that a phone stops working within the 7 day period or is DOA,
you may request a RMA number, by filling out the following form:

Defective units with less than 30 minutes talk time,
will be repaired or exchanged upon evaluation.
Scratched or physically damaged units will not be accepted.
Please note you will be billed for units out of warranty.
Please note that all U.S carrier stock,
IE: T-Mobile, AT&T etc. come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Refurbished units come with a 60-90 warranty.
Warranty may vary as per make and model.
Please check with your sales rep. for warranty info prior to purchasing.
Bluetooth headsets sales are final!
All headsets include a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Please note we will not be responsible for any defective units.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED VIA UPS OR FEDEX.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNS SHIPPED VIA USPS.
SIM Card Sales:
We do not warranty or guarantee any of the SIM Cards we sell.
All SIM card and pre paid sales are FINAL!
NSF Check Policy:
SnH Wireless will not tolerate any late payments or NSF Checks.
Returned checks are subject to $20.00 fee for the first check and $50 each thereafter.
This is in addition to any liquidated damages allowed by the General obligations law.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold SnH Wireless LLC.,
harmless for any damages arising out of this transaction.
In addition, we will institute legal proceeding immediately.
Refused Shipments:
SnH Wireless will charge customers for refused shipments.
Customer will be responsible for charges from our company and back.
In addition we have the rite to charge a $15.00 handling fee per package.
We will not reship any packages or new orders till fees are paid off.
