Our sales reps are responsible to bring in new business, and are set targets and monthly goals to meet and maintain. They work on training new dealers and refitting stores with point of purchase materials. Our service maintenance reps have the responsibility of making a minimum of biweekly visits to the dealers. We have certain rep/dealer formulae that we retain, and as business grows we add new reps from our pool of In House Client Support Reps.
